These Terms and your use of the Sites shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, excluding rules of private international law that lead to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The courts of Alberta shall have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matter arising in connection with this agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gala Shores with respect to the Sites, the information contained therein, and any information obtained through the Sites by communication with Gala Shores personnel.
